Q: What is TiqIQ?
Q: Does TiqIQ charge any extra fees on top of seller charges and fees?
A: TiqIQ is where Tickets Meet Intelligence. We are an event ticket search engine that aggregates tickets
from hundreds of different sellers across the dynamically changing ticket market. We bring all ticket
sellers together in one place so you don’t have to go searching around 10 different sites to make sure
you’re getting the best deal. We list both primary and secondary sellers.
Q: What ticket sellers do you show on your site?
A: We aggregate listings from major sites like NFL Ticket Exchange, NBATickets.com, Yankees Ticket
Exchange, Ticketsnow, eBay, Primesport, TicketCity and Scorebig. Seller Direct is our free Selling tool that
allows fans and other sellers to list their tickets directly on our site. Seller Direct has no service changes,
and it a great way to connect with buyers.
We also work with primary ticketing platforms like Ticketmaster, Ticketfly, Veritix, AEG and others to list
tickets directly from the box office.
Q: What happens if I have problem with tickets that I bought through TiqIQ?
A: Because TiqIQ is only connecting you with the sellers, all issues need to be resolved with the actual
seller or the site where you made the purchase. That said, we’re always happy to try and help, and
available at email@example.com or you can call us at 646-254-6572. We’ve also provided the contact
information for all of our sellers below, so it’s a little easier to contact them in the event you have any

Q: How do I pronounce your name?
A: TiqIQ is pronounced “Tik” “IQ”. While we’ve heard that some people have trouble pronouncing it the first time, we think the name is the perfect combination of tickets and intelligence.
