Perine was unstoppable in the second half. Oklahoma ran for 301 yards on the ground, and finished with 510 yards overall. They also got a 100-yard kickoff return touchdown from Alex Ross. The Sooners have a bye this week.
9-15-14: The Sooners just keep on rolling as they crushed Tennessee 34-10 in Norman this past Saturday. The Sooner defense was dominant and quarterback Trevor Knight finished 20 of 33 for 308 yards and two total touchdowns in a game that was never really in doubt. Oklahoma picked off Vols QB Justin Worley twice, including a 100 yard return by Julian Wilson. Bob Stoops’ squad will travel to Morgantown next weekend to face a high-powered West Virginia team.
