The oldest franchise in the AFC, the Pittsburgh Steelers date all the way 1933. Won more Super Bowls and AFC Championships than any other team in history, Steelers tickets have long-allowed fans the chance to see these champions in action. Fans of such a celebrated franchise have delighted in the opportunity to cheer on the Steelers in person, as well as revel in the team's many triumphs over the last couple of decades. Boasting the best record in the league since the start of the "Modern Era" in the 1970's and many classic plays like "The Immaculate Reception", have given the team a lasting popularity that endears it to fans and holders of Steelers tickets. The team enjoys many longstanding and celebrated rivalries with its divisional neighbors. Steelers tickets for games against the Baltimore Ravens, Cleveland Browns, as well as the Cincinnati Bengals enjoy a spike in sales as fans are presented with a chance to root for their team during intense rivalry games. Of particular note is the Steelers' rivalry with the Cleveland Browns, one that has existed since the founding of both teams. Despite the Steelers' recent dominance over the Browns, tickets to Steeelrs/Browns games are a hot commodity for fans, and are highly sought after for the chance to support the Steelers when they face their rivals from Cleveland.

The 281 million dollar facility that the Steelers call home was first opened to holders of Steelers tickets in August of 2001. With a seating capacity of some 65,000 seats, there have been no issues for those with Steelers tickets when it comes to finding accommodations for a home game. The stadium is shared by the University of Pittsburgh Panthers, and was host to the 2011 NHL Winter Classic, providing events to fans outside those who have Steelers tickets. Residents of the city are proud of their modern, well-designed stadium that is full of amenities during Steelers games. The Steelers have enjoyed a fan base that extends back many generations, and their winning history and past accomplishments endear the Steelers to football fans that live outside of Allegheny County. The team's mascot, Steely McBeam, has been leading fans in their efforts to cheer on the Steelers since his creation in 2007. The sheer amount of records, wins and highlights that span the Steelers' history have made them a model NFL franchise and ensure that Steelers tickets continue to be a sought-after item by fans and residents alike. The many highlights, rivalries, and accomplishments of the Steelers comprise a rich history that many fans have explored in efforts to find a deeper connection to the team. Today, the small cost of Steelers tickets offers many fans the opportunity to witness the newest chapter in the long and accomplished history of the Steelers.

6-12-13: While the Steelers have some rich history and timeless traditions, there was nothing rich or timeless about their 2012 season, as they finished 8-8 and missed post-season play by going just 2-3 down the stretch. The bad news isn’t that the Steelers fell apart last year. It’s that they have to try to pick up the pieces without star wide receiver Mike Wallace, and make sure their aging defense doesn’t keep trucking on without some nice, young talent being added. The Steelers did unload James Harrison, though, so they’re on the right track in terms of bringing in fresh legs and letting go of the past a bit. They still have some work to do, but Pittsburgh plays mean and still has a ton of talent.

12-4-12: At 7-5 the Steelers may not have to be too worried about their next four games. After a huge win in Baltimore their biggest concern is the health of Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. The Steelers will play three of their next four games at home and will be a force to be reckoned with come playoff time.
