Based in Seattle, Washington the Seahawks are an expansion team that
joined the NFL in 1976. The team bears a singular distinction as being the only
team to play in both the AFC and NFC Championship Games. The franchise has also appeared in Super Bowl XL in which Seahawks tickets gave fans the opportunity to see the Seahawks take on the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Beginning in 1984, the team began an 11 year period in which they could not win a single playoff game, the longest stretch for any team in the NFL. Even though
Seahawks tickets gave fans the chance to witness the team win no less than seven
divisional titles since its creation, it would not be until 2005, the same season they went to the Super Bowl, that the Seahawks were
able to net another NFC Championship win.
The team made history yet again in 2010 when the Seahawks made the playoffs despite having only a 7-9 record, giving them the dubious honor of being the only team in NFL history to win their division but be under .500. Seahawks tickets treated
fans to the team's decisive victory over the Rams earning them a place in the post
season. It was during the playoffs that the team faced off against the New Orleans
Saints, then the defending Super Bowl champions. The Seahawk's upset victory brought
cheers from the team's fans and anyone lucky enough to be in possession of Seahawks
tickets that were so loud, they caused a minor earthquake in the surrounding area.
For home games, the purchase of Seahawks tickets grants access to Century-
Link Field. First opened in July of 2002, the 430 million dollar complex is shared by the
Seahawks and the Seattle Sunders, the cities Major League Soccer team. Offering a
67,000 seat capacity that can be expanded to 72,000, if Seahawks ticket
sale that are greater than expected, or if the facility is needed for
special events and occasions. Century-Link is quite popular with residents
of Seattle as well as Seahawks fans, with stadium seats often selling out during the
team's home games. Seahawks tickets remain a popular item for both
fans and residents alike.
The Seahawks have some of the loudest fans in the sport, and the number 12, representing the 12th man, was
retired by the team in their honor. With just the small cost of purchase Seahawks
tickets allow fans the chance to join the Sea Gals and the team's mascot Blitz in
cheering the team on in person. During home games, just before kickoff, a flag
bearing the number 12 is raised and saluted in a ritual meant to honor the fans of the
team. The Seahawks have been enjoying improving performance over the past few
seasons, and making the trip to Century-Link field to support the Seahawks is a ritual that very few fans miss out on, making
Seahawks tickets a popular item whenever the team is playing at home.

6-12-13: Seattle was a big-time surprise in 2012, and that had everything to do with an elite defense and a stud rookie quarterback in Russell Wilson. It was supposed to be Matt Flynn under center, but it was instead the athletic third-round pick who helped raise the Seahawks to playoff relevancy, and almost got them to the NFC title game. This year, Wilson should only be better, while the acquisition of electric wide receiver Percy Harvin should only assist Wilson in taking Seattle’s offense to new heights. Throw in the Seahawks’ elite secondary and a hopefully improved pass-rush, and Seattle should contend for the NFC West crown and make another deep playoff run.
1-9-13: Rookie quarterback Russell Wilson showed a ton of poise and leadership skills from the very beginning of the season and onward into the playoffs. After an impressive comeback win in Washington during the NFC wild card game the Seahawks will now head into Atlanta to face the #1 seeded Falcons. Seattle has won six games in a row including the playoffs and they are red hot. Unfortunately they will not be able to use their 12th man-like home crowd this postseason, but they have no doubts in themselves and their capabilities. If the Seattle pass rush can put pressure on Matt Ryan and the Atlanta Falcons, they will have a good chance to keep the score close and win the game on the road.
12-4-12: With three out of the next four games to finish the season being at home, the Seahawks will rely on their proclaimed ‘12th man’ to get into the playoffs for the second straight year. Rookie Quarterback Russell Wilson will lead his team against the Arizona Cardinals this week, a team that mustered up only 6 points against the Jets in New York. Last week the Seahawks put together an impressive overtime win in Chicago against the Bears.
