I [Heart] Live Music™ Contest Rules

TiqIQ will reward the top ten (10) TiqIQ connect™ (Connect) app users who get the largest number of friends to join Connect. The rewards associated with the ‘I [Heart] live Music Contest™ cannot be redeemed for an equivalent cash value or for any other purpose other than as a credit towards the purchase of tickets on the TiqIQ website located at www.tiqiq.com.

Prizes will be rewarded based on the following criteria*:

• Grand Prize: $500 in ticket credits on TiqIQ.com for a minimum of 50 friend joins.
• 2nd Place: $250 in ticket credits on TiqIQ.com for a minimum of 25 friend joins.
• 3rd Place: $125 in ticket credits on TiqIQ.com for a minimum of 12 friend joins.
• 4th - 10th Place: $50 in ticket credits on TiqIQ.com for a minimum of 5 friend joins.

* If the contestant with the largest number of ‘friend joins’ has only 40 confirmed friend joins (as opposed to the aforementioned 50 friend join minimum) his reward will be calculated at $10 per friend join, or $400. This calculation will also be applied toward 2nd – 10th place rewards accordingly (e.g. 2nd place at 20 friends will be rewarded $200, etc.)

To be eligible for the ‘I [Heart] Live Music Contest’, contestants must be a confirmed members of TiqIQ connect and must invite their friends using the connect app (via the ‘Invite friends’ link on http://www.tiqiq.com/Tiqiq/HP/Personalized.aspx).

A confirmed member is defined as a user who has successfully logged in to Connectwith his/her facebook® account and loaded the Connect homepage (http://www.tiqiq.com/Tiqiq/HP/Personalized.aspx).

A confirmed friend join is defined as a facebook friend of a confirmed member who has successfully logged in to Connect with his/her facebook account and loaded the Connect homepage as a result of receiving an invite via the TiqIQ connect app.

All user, invite and friend-activity tracking will be conducted by TiqIQ. All successful friend invites and logins to Connect must be completed by 9:00AM EST on January 14th, 2013.

This contest is open to the public. No purchase necessary. The contest is open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Employees of TiqIQ, TiqIQ publisher partners or other companies associated with this contest, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter.

TiqIQ is the official sponsor of this contest. By entry and participation in this contest, the contestantagrees to release and hold harmless TiqIQ, TiqIQ publisher partners, their parent company organizations, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and any agents (the “released parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to the following:

• Unauthorized human intervention in the contest.
• Technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone, or network lines.
• Printing errors.
• Lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail.
• Errors in the administration of the contest or the processing of any entries.
• Injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the contest or receipt of use of any prize.

Contestant entry confirms further agreement that in any cause of action, the released parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the contest, and in no event shall the releasedparties be liable for attorney’s fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

Contestant entry is to be done via the following steps:

• Contestant joins TiqIQ connect, if not already a member, by successfully logging in to Connect with his/her facebook® account and loading the Connect homepage located at http://www.tiqiq.com/Tiqiq/HP/Personalized.aspx
• The contestant invites his/her facebook friends to join Connect via the invite link on the Connect homepage located at http://www.tiqiq.com/Tiqiq/HP/Personalized.aspx.
• All successful friend invites and logins to Connect must be completed by 9:00AM EST on January 14th, 2013.
• On January 15th, 2013, TiqIQ will reward the top ten (10) TiqIQ connect™ (Connect) app users who get the largest number of friends to join Connect as described above.
• TiqIQ.com ticket credits can only be used for purchase of tickets on www.tiqiq.com.
• Winners will be messaged via facebook throughout the day of January 15th, 2013.
• Winners have 48 hours to claim their reward from 11:59PM January 15th, 2013 – 11:59PM January 17th, 2013. Contestants that do not claim their reward in said time forfeit their right to that reward. Another winner will be selected by TiqIQ based on the criteria above.
• TiqIQ.com ticket credits associated with the ‘I [Heart] Live Music’ contest must be redeemed on www.tiqiq.com by January 15th, 2014.
