Hailed as the enfant terrible of bass culture, Israeli DJ/producer Borgore has continued to push the
boundaries of EDM with his wild live shows, unashamedly dirty lyrics and self-titled gorestep sound.
Born Asaf Borger in Tel Aviv in 1987, Borgore studied jazz at his hometown’s Thelma Yellin Music
Academy, where he not only established himself as a saxophone prodigy, but also composed for
several big band ensembles. However, following a life-changing night out, he became hooked on the
dubstep of Skream, Benga and Mala, and started producing his own dancefloor-destroying tracks
under various guises. In 2009, he showcased his provocative blend of metal and dubstep on the
Gorestep: Vol. 1 E.P., released Borgore tickets for an accompanying tour, and followed it up with
similarly attention-grabbing releases such as Borgore Ruined Dubstep and Ambient Dub S***. In
2010, he founded his own Buygore label and a year later released his first compilation, The Filthiest
Hits… So Far, while the demand for Borgore tickets also grew as a result of his remixes of tracks by
artists as eclectic as Britney Spears, Passion Pit and Bring Me The Horizon. Sales of Borgore tickets
went through the roof in 2012 when he teamed up with Miley Cyrus on “Decisions,” a track which is
widely credited with spearheading the former tween idol’s tabloid-baiting reinvention. In the same
year, he released the mix album, Borgore’s Misadventures in Dubstep, Borgore tickets for several
shows, and added to his discography with the Flex and Turn Up E.P.s. Fans continued to snap up
Borgore tickets thanks to collaborations with Cedric Gervais (“Deception”) and Waka Flocka Flame
(“Wild Out”), while tracks from the likes of Metallica (“Master of Puppets”), Awolnation (“Sail”) and
LMFAO (“Sexy & I Know It”) also all received his signature hard-hitting treatment. After recruiting
former Beverly Hills 90210 star Shannen Doherty to appear in the video for 2014 single “Unicorn
Zombie Apocalypse,” he embarked on a tour where he promised fans with Borgore tickets that he
would bring a live band culture to electronic music. Appearances at various festivals then followed,
and Borgore tickets became even hotter property when he issued his first full-length studio effort,
#NEWGOREORDER, in 2014. Featuring a guest appearance from legendary British actor Malcolm
McDowell and unique takes on Frank Sinatra’s “Body and Soul” and children’s favorite, “If You’re
Happy & You Know It,” the record cemented his status as one of dance music’s most unpredictable
characters, and was followed by the release of Borgore tickets for a North American tour.
