Fall Out Boy tickets are a rite of passage for any pop-punk/emo fan growing up in the last decade. The band first formed in the Chicago suburb of Wilmette, Illinois in 2001. Initially the lighter pop-punk side project for their respective hardcore bands,vocalist/guitarist Patrick Stump, bassist Pete Wentz, and guitarist Joe Trohman decided to focus on Fall Out Boy full time. After playing shows with a line-up of different drummers the band found Andy Hurley in 2002 and he became their permanent drummer. In 2003 Fall Out Boy released their debut full length LP Take This To Your Grave. Released on the up and coming Fueled by Ramen records, the album garnered sufficient buzz for the band as they were asked to play a leg of the Vans Warped Tour in 2004. With early usage of myspace, they continued to sell more records and Fall Out Boy tickets were in high demand. Take This To Your Grave was eventually certified gold by the RIAA. In the spring of 2005, Fall Out Boy released their first single off their upcoming 2nd album, “Sugar We’re Going Down”. The song and the accompanying music video were a huge success and reached number 8 on the billboard top 200 charts. Fall Out Boy’s major label debut From Under The Cork Tree was released in May 2005 on Island Records. The album debuted at number 9 on the billboard 200 charts and stayed on the charts for 77 weeks. A huge success considering Take This To Your Grave did not chart. Fall Out Boy Tickets really skyrocketed with the premiere of “Dance, Dance”, the 2nd single off From Under The Cork Tree in 2006. In early 2007, Fall Out Boy released their fourth studio album, Infinity on High, as their second release on major label Island. The album marked a departure in Fall Out Boy’s sound in which the band implemented a diverse array of musical styles, separating themselves from their early pop-punk sound. Fueled by the lead single "This Ain't a Scene, It's an Arms Race", Infinity on High debuted at number 1 on the Billboard charts. The second single “Thnks fr th Mmrs” was commercial success and caused Fall Out Boy tickets to be in high mainstream demand. Fall Out Boy then headlined the 2007 Honda Civic Tour to promote the album. Though the tour was initially postponed due to personal issues, it would take place with +44, Cobra Starship, The Academy Is... and Paul Wall as supporting acts. The band took some time off in 2008 to recoup from touring and prepare for their upcoming 4th album. Folie a Deux. Folie à Deux did not perform as well commercially as its predecessor, Infinity on High. It debuted at number eight on the Billboard 200 chart with first week sales of 150,000 copies during a highly competitive week with other big debuts, becoming Fall Out Boy's third consecutive top ten album. This is in contrast to the band's more successful previous effort which shifted 260,000 copies in its opening week to debut at number one the chart. After this Fall Out Boy went on a hiatus amidst some inner turmoil amongst the band. Fall Out Boy would not release another album until 5 years later in 2013. Their 5th album Save Rock & Roll reached number 1 on the charts and Fall Out Boy tickets were once again a fans must have.
