Texas singer-songwriter Miranda Lambert shot to fame on Nashville Star before distancing herself
from her talent show beginnings to become one of contemporary country’s ultimate bad girls. Born
in Longview in 1983, Lambert first started performing during her high school years, most notably
appearing with the same Johnnie High Country Music Revue that helped launch the career of LeAnn Rimes. Following a frustrating Nashville recording session, she asked her country singer father Rick Lambert to help teach her the guitar so she could write her own material, and after releasing Miranda Lambert tickets for various shows with her own group, The Texas Pride Band, she entered the first season of Nashville Star.
After finishing in third place, she landed a deal with Epic Records and co-wrote 11 of the 12 songs which appeared on her 2005 debut album, Kerosene. Fans wanting to see the country star then got the chance to see her live on stage when she served as support for the likes of Keith Urban, George Strait and Toby Keith.
Following 2007’s Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, Miranda Lambert tickets went on sale for her own headlining tour. After contributing backing vocals to her future husband’s 2008 LP, Startin’ Fires, she performed her third album, Revolution, in its
entirety to fans with Miranda Lambert tickets at the Ryman Auditorium five days before its official
release in 2009. Fans who missed out on the special preview were then able to get their hands on
Miranda Lambert tickets for a 22-city tour dubbed Roadside Bars & Pink Guitars, which also took in a debut festival set at Bonnaroo.
In 2010, she picked up her first Grammy Award for the US country number one single, “The House That Built Me,” and further increased the demand for Miranda Lambert tickets when she received a record-breaking nine CMA nominations. Following the release of 2011’s Four The Record and Miranda Lambert tickets for an accompanying tour, she contributed
to The Hunger Games soundtrack, formed side-project Pistol Annies with Ashley Monroe and
Angaleena Presley, and made her acting debut on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.
In 2013, Miranda Lambert tickets were snatched up for a joint Locked & Reloaded Tour with Dierks Bentley,
while in 2014, she scored her first number one on the Billboard 200 with Platinum and her biggest hit single with Carrie Underwood collaboration, “Somethin’ Bad.”
