1-5-15: Wisconsin rebounded from its 59-0 beatdown by Ohio State in the Big Ten Championship Game
to upset Auburn 34-31 (OT) in the Outback Bowl. The win gave acting Badgers coach Barry Alvarez two bowl victories against Auburn, nine years apart from each other. Wisconsin racked up 400 yards on the ground against the Tiger defense. Melvin Gordon finished his college career with 251 yards and three touchdowns on 7.4 yards per carry. Not too shabby.
