Fans can travel to American Airlines Arena and will be dropped off within short walking distance to the venue. Traveling by the MetroRail or MetroMover: Take the MetroRail to Government Center Station. Transfer to MetroMover's Omni Loop and disembark at Park West Station. Walk East on Biscayne Boulevard and cross the intersection of Biscayne Boulevard and Port Boulevard to the Arena. The cost to ride the MetroRail is $2.25.

Gate Locations and openings
There are six (6) primary gates fans can use to enter American Airlines Arena. They are labeled numerically from 1-6 and are designated for entry based on seating location. Gate 1 is closest to seating sections 119-124. Gate 2 is closest to seating sections 101-106. Gate 3 is for premium and disabled guests only. Gate 4 is for VIP and disabled guests only. Gate 5 is located closest to seating sections 107-112. Gate 6 is located closest to sections 113-118. Gates typically open 1.5 hours prior to tipoff.
All bags and personal items are subject to search by venue personnel upon arriving to the Arena. Only fanny packs, purses and clear plastic bags that do not exceed 14 inches x 14 inches x 6 inches will be allowed inside. If fans fail to comply with random bag search, they will not be granted entrance into American Airlines Arena.
