Boardwalk Hall Arena was designed by architectural firm Lockwood Greene and initially opened to the public in 1929. The Arena has been the host venue to many boxing fights featuring some of the biggest names in the sport such as Mike Tyson, Evander Holyfield, Floyd Mayweather Jr, and Arturo Gatti.
From the North major interstate highways
Connect with the Garden State Parkway south. Take exit 38 to the Atlantic City Expressway.
From the South
I-95 to Delaware Memorial Bridge to Route 40, to Route 322. Via Lewes, Delaware Take the Cape May-Lewes Ferry to Garden State Parkway North, to Atlantic City Expressway. The Atlantic City Expressway takes you right into Atlantic City. Follow signs for Pacific Avenue on the foot of the Expressway. Make a right onto Pacific Avenueɍ Boardwalk Hall is located on the left next to Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino.
Parking rates vary around the Arena depending on the location&$44, but there is ample parking at municipal and private lots. The Boardwalk Hall garage is located at the end of Mississippi Avenue and the Boardwalk.

Door time openings vary depending on the event but can range from one hour to 90 minutes prior to the start of a show.
Patrons are permitted to bring a clutch type hand bag no larger than 4.5 x 6.5 as large handbags are not allowed entry.
