Carnegie Hall's box office is located on 57th Street and Seventh Avenue. From Monday-Saturday, it is open from 11am-6pm. On days with evening performances, it is open until approximately 30 minutes after the start time. Carnegie Hall's main entrance is located right off of Seventh Avenue on 57th Street. The Weill Recital Hall's entrance is located near 154 West 57th Street. The Zankel Hall entrance is located between 56th and 57th Streets on Seventh Avenue. The Resnick Education Wing is located on West 57th Street, east of Seventh Avenue.
Carnegie Hall strongly urges guests to leave all bags and backpacks at home and all bags that are brought are subject to inspection upon arrival. Failure to comply with venue personnel will result in guests being denied entrance into Carnegie Hall.
