About Hammerstein Ballroom
Hammerstein Ballroom is located within the Manhattan Center Studios at 311 West 34th street in Manhattan, New York City.
The Ballroom has a seating capacity of 2,200 for theatre events, 1,000 for seated Dinners, and 3,500 for standing room concert events.
The Hammerstein Ballroom was constructed by Oscar Hammerstein I and the ballroom initially opened in 1906 and has since been renovated with the most recent in 1997.
The Hammerstein Ballroom has been the host to many notable events, such as this year's American Comedy Awards, Pro Wrestling events, several seasons of America's Got Talent been taped there, and notable performance by rock band Korn, 30 seconds to Mars, and Swedish House Mafia.

Via George Washington Bridge
Take route 4 East into NY (Take upper level). Stay on right hand side of Bridge and exit onto the Henry Hudson parkway. Take the H.H. Pkwy. South to 34th Street. The Hammerstein Ballroom is on 34th Street between 8th and 9th Ave.
Via Lincoln Tunnel
Take NJ Turnpike to Exit 17 (Lincoln Tunnel). Go thru the Tunnel, once in NY, stay to the left. Go to the 2nd traffic light (will be 42nd street) make right on 42nd Street and head east up to 7th Avenue. Make a right on 7th Avenue and take that south to 34th Street. The Hammerstein Ballroom is located on 34th Street between 8th and 9th Avenues.
Via Holland Tunnel
Take NJ Turnpike to Exit 14 (Holland Tunnel). Go thru Tunnel, once in NY stay to left. Follow signs to Henry Hudson Parkway. Take the H.H.Pkwy. north up to 34th Street. The Hammerstein Ballroom is located on 34th street between 8th and 9th Avenues.
By Public Transportation
Take the A, B, C, D, E, F, 1 or 2 Trains to 34th Street. LIRR or New Jersey transit can also be used (take to Penn Station located at 8th Avenue and 32nd Street).
There are Garages located across the street right next to the facility. The parking garage is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Guests can park their car for up to 12 hours for the price of $25 plus tax.
Gate Locations and openings
Door opening times vary depending on the event, but usually open about 60 minutes prior to the start of a schedule event.
Bags and backpacks will be allowed entry in the facility, but no audio visual recordings will be allowed such as cameras or video recorders.
