The glass-enclosed Pavilion serves as the main entrance for all major events at the First Niagara Center. For Sabres games, doors typically open two (2) hours prior to puck drop. This will allow guests admittance into the 100 level section of the venue up until one half-hour until the game begins.
Bags that do not exceed 12 x 6 x 12 will be permitted into the First Niagara Center. This is in compliance with the NFL’s bag policy, which allows fans to safely and comfortably fit bags underneath seats. All bags are subject to search by venue personnel. If fans fail to comply with standard bag search procedure, they risk being denied access to the event.
