From the North via Perimeter Highway
When driving on the Perimeter Highway East, turn South on Main Street (Route 52 South) and then continue into Downtown Winnipeg. Turn right onto Portage Avenue and head four blocks West. The MTS Centre is located between Donald Street and Hargrave Street on Portage Avenue.
From the South via Highway 75 and U.S. Border
Highway 75 will become Pembina Highway (Route 42 North) and continue North on Pembina Highway when entering city limits. Pembina Highway eventually turns into Donald Street. Crossing the Donald Street Bridge, it will then become Smith Street as you enter Downtown Winnipeg. Turn left onto Portage Avenue and travel one block West. The MTS Centre is located between Donald Street and Hargrave Street on Portage Avenue.
From the East via Trans Canada Highway 1
Trans Canada Highway 1 will become Fermor Avenue (Route 135 West), and Fermor Avenue eventually turns into Dunkirk Drive (Route 62 North). Continue North on Route 62 North until it becomes Osborne Street and then Memorial Boulevard. Turn right onto Portage Avenue and then five blocks East. The MTS Centre is located between Donald Street and Hargrave Street on Portage Avenue.
From the West via Trans Canada Highway 1
Trans Canada Highway 1 will become Portage Avenue (Route 85 East). Continue on Portage Avenue into Downtown Winnipeg. The MTS Centre is located between Donald Street and Hargrave Street on Portage Avenue.
By public transit

There are approximately 30,000 spots available in Downtown Winnipeg for fans to use when driving to an event at MTS Centre.
Six (6) suggested parking lots surround the venue. Lot 1 is located just off Portage Avenue and Carlton Street. Lot 2 is located between Portage Avenue and the Graham Mall on Hargrave Street. Lot 3 is located on Tavern and Graham Avenues. Lot 4 is located at Cityplace. Lot 5 is located at the Millennium Library. Lot 6 is in the Winnipeg Square.
Depending on the event, parking price usually varies between $5 and $15 for an evening.
Gate Locations and openings
MTS Centre has an event level gate located in the northeast section of the venue on Portage Avenue. There are also three (3) skywalks located around the venue. There is a skywalk to Newport Centre and a skywalk to Powerhouse Building that are both located on Hargrave Street. A skywalk to Cityplace is also located on Graham Avenue. For Winnipeg Jets games, gates will open 90 minutes prior to puck drop. For all other events, gates open one (1) hour before the event time is scheduled to start.
All bags that patrons carry will be subject to random search by venue personnel. Small purses and handbags are permitted, although the MTS Centre insists that fans should avoid bringing any bags to the game to avoid unwarranted inspections and long lines to enter the venue. No cameras or video cameras are permitted into the stadium. Those who fail to comply with staff upon entering the stadium will be refused admittance.
