About the Pepsi Center

The multi-purpose arena has a seating capacity of 19,155 for basketball games, 18,007 for hockey and lacrosse games, and 20,000 plus for concert events.
Pepsi Center first broke ground in November of 1997 and initially opened in October of 1999 at a construction cost of $187 million.
The Pepsi Center is the home of the NBA's Denver Nuggets, the NHL's Colorado Avalanche, and Colorado Mammoth of the National Lacrosse league.
If you are traveling south on I-25, take exit 212B toward downtown. Turn left onto Speer Boulevard. At the second stop light, turn right onto Chopper Circle.
If you are traveling north on I-25, take exit 210B for Auraria Parkway. Merge onto Auraria Parkway. Turn left onto 11th Street to enter the grounds of Pepsi Center.
From downtown Denver, take Speer Boulevard to Auraria Parkway. Go west on Auraria Parkway and turn right on 11th Street to enter the grounds of Pepsi Center.
The Pepsi Center has 4,930 parking spaces located on its ground and Elitch Gardens provides an additional 2,000 spaces.
There are 8 different parking lots at the Pepsi Center.
Prices for parking vary depending on the event and parking lot but will cost anywhere between $15 and $30 for cars and motorcycles.
Gate Locations and Openings
For most events doors open at the Pepsi Center one hour prior to an event with four different levels of seating inside the arena.
Large backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, and equipment bags are not permitted into the facility.
