About Hollywood Bowl

The amphitheater is used primarily for music events and has a seating capacity of 17,376.
The Hollywood Bowl initially opened in July of 1922 and was last renovated in 2004.
Hollywood Bowl has been the host venue to some of the greastest music artists in the world and of all times, such as Cher, Elton John, Alicia Keys, the Beatles, and Andrea Bocelli to name a few.

Parking around the Hollwood Bowl is very limited with the main parking Lot A and three other on-site parking lots that serve Hollywood Bowl guests. Parking prices vary depeding on the event but for cars, prices can range between $17 to $45, $9 for mortorcyles, and $45 for limos and busses.
Gate Locations and openings
For concert shows gates open at the Hollywood Bowl about two hours prior to the start of an event.
All patrons will be screened prior to entering the facility, food is allowed entry as well as bags, backpacks, and coolers that are not larger than 15 inches wide or 22 inches long.
