About Rexall Place
Rexall Place is located at the north side of Northlands 7424 118 Avenue in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
The arena has a seating capacity of 16,839 for hockey games, and 13,000 for concert events.
Rexall Place first broke ground in November of 1972, and initially opened in November of 1974 at a construction cost of $17.3 million. The arena is the home of the Edmonton Oilers of the NHL, the Edmonton Rush of the NLL, and Edmonton Oil Kings of the WHL.
Enter off of Wayne Gretzky Drive (75 Street) and exit at 119 Avenue.
There is ample parking available all around Rexall Place.
There is a parking lot located at the north side but doors are restricted for season ticket holders for hockey games, but accessible to anyone for other events.
There are four lots to park for a price of $15.
Gates and Openings
Door opening times vary depending on the event but usually doors will open about 90 minutes prior to the start of an event. There are four public entrances at Rexall Place located at the North, South, East, and West ends of the venue.
Bags that are in normal size will be allowed entry after a search is performed. However, large bags that do not fit comfortably under the seat must be checked into guests services or returned to your vehicle.
